This campaign for Humana set out to do more than advertise health coverage — it aimed to put a face and personality to it. Instead of showing generic, smiling seniors, each ad introduces a real character with preferences, quirks, and priorities. The creative brought a personal touch to healthcare messaging, aligning with Humana’s promise of human care by making the experience feel relatable, warm, and genuinely human.
